Hello!

Postby undeadmonk3y » Sat Apr 29, 2017 5:26 pm

Greetings and salutations!

I joined a while ago, but never got around to saying hello.

I do t seem to have access to the New User section, so I'm saying hello here. I'm new to PBP and only have a couple of local clix matches under my belt.

Question: if a friend and I want to play a game, do I just make a post indicating the thread is for me and him to play? Or what?

Looking forward to playing with others as well.

Thanks!

welcome Monkey !

JJJ ( Jester Jay Joker and I are good PBP mentors ( see one of our long gauntlet threads in the "Heroclix Games" forum) We are currently playing a several match X-men based series and just finished a JSA based one --- I have been very busy lately and have been less present then desirable or I would fire one up with you .

but yes post in the "Match Request" thread located in the "Heroclix Games" forum.

Cool! Thanks for the reply. I've read at least one of your battles with JJJ; looks fun! Again, I'm not experienced in Heroclix in general, but I would love to learn more. Unfortunately the shops in my area rarely have events and my friend that got me into the game lives 4 hours away!

Looking forward to playing with you guys.

Likewise - you have an excellent attitude -- it would be fun to play live ( where an experience advantage can be easier mitigated)
Where do you live?
( I'm in Sacramento)

I I'm in VA, but due to do family and work (good problems) playing live is not really an option for me most of the time. If it were to ever work out though, I'll definitely let you know!
